What does Tempo’s Junior Program include?

— Small-group training that helps middle school
    and high school golfers increase power, speed, and
    overall strength

— Will include movement assessments to track
    improvements over the training program

— Guidance and education on how exercise and
    movement can improve your ability to play the
    game of golf
— 12-week training program that meets twice a week

— Includes movement, power, and strength testing throughout the
    program to monitor progress

— Small group training of four athletes per session, allowing for
    individualized coaching and programming as needed

— Emphasis on education throughout the sessions to help your
    junior athlete gain confidence in the gym!

    Dustin Doren PT, DPT

    history of injury/pain,
    aggravating factors, intensity of
    symptoms, and how this is
    affecting your daily life.

    power, balance, coordination,
    and function. 


— Education and development
    of a personalized plan based
    on findings
