Are you struggling when performing overhead dumbbell presses? One modification that I like to use with my clients is the half kneeling landmine overhead press. You will need a landmine attachment and a barbell to perform this exercise. Assume the half kneeling position where one knee is on the ground and the other foot is forward creating a 90, 90 angle.
The opposite hand of the foot that is forward will grab onto the end of the barbell and you will then press the barbell overhead.
