Do you perform caries? When working out? When developing a program, we wanna make sure that we're filling different movement buckets. We would like to see a hinge pattern, a squat pattern, lunge pattern, some sort of upper body push, upper body pull, and then a carry caries are great exercises and great tools to help build overall strength, build overall capacity.
So I'm gonna show you some variations of caries that you perform at the gym. A farmer's carry involves carrying two dumbbells. A suitcase carry involves carrying one dumbbell. A rack carry involves carrying one kettlebell as shown a statue of liberty carry involves carrying one dumbbell overhead.
