Are you playing the long game? If you think 10, 20, 30 years from now, what do you want your life to look like? I'm sure that involves activities you love playing with kids, grandkids. I'm sure that involves, uh, a sport that you may still like to play. You know, my sport of choice would be golf. What are you doing right now to play the long game to ensure I.

That you're able to do those things over the decades that come. Are you taking care of your nutrition? Are you sleeping well? Do you have an exercise program that you enjoy doing? When we talk about playing the long game, we want to come alongside you to develop these plans, develop these programs, and help educate people on what they can be doing to ensure that these next decades of life, they're able to do things, the things they love.

So again, when we work out, sometimes we're not working out just for the right here, the right now, working out just for a number on a scale or for something like that, or how we look in a mirror. We're looking out to enjoy those activities that we love, so that we age well, and that we're able to continue to do those things throughout our lifetime so that way we enjoy a better health span and not just a longer lifespan.
